About Us
Acorders began as a joint design and research project during the COVID-19 pandemic, conducted in a collaboration between McCombs MSTC graduates Kailey (Gali) Euceda and Neha Pachade. As both women leveraged their insights from the project to launch their post-graduate careers in corporate innovation, the project went on ice while their shared interest in the work endured.
Kailey is carrying Acorders forward now as a venture studio, leveraging her experience in commercializing industrial technology and developing product/service lines across Oil and Energy sectors. With contributions from her work generating economic impact in the billions of dollars, Kailey (Gali) focuses on the how—bringing strategy, design, and development into coherence.
Kailey Euceda | Founder, Acorders Studio
Technologist, product & service line developer, and visual artist, Kailey Euceda (Gali) brings industrial experience to the art of making things happen.
Her work explores the space between innovation and execution, where strategy, systems, and human behavior meet. Through Acorders Studio, she brings creative and analytical modes of thinking and processing into agreement—designing for development, from the first spark of an idea to the value it creates in the world.
